Meet the Team
Bailey Remodeling and Construction’s mission is to manage the difficult and challenging process of providing a high quality home remodeling experience, while honoring God and making the process enjoyable for all involved.
A process driven problem solver at heart, Brandon loves being a part of a team that works well together in helping people live and enjoy their homes in new ways. Working hand in hand with clients, and nurturing their big ideas, is the best part of his job. When he's not rooting for Kentucky or running the KY Derby Mini-Marathon, he's serving a local charity or enjoying family time.
He is also the chairman of the Building Industry Charitable Foundation Committee which produces projects in our community to benefit children and adults with disabilities. Brandon is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and is married to his beautiful wife Kate. They have two active little boys, Grant and Drew, who keep them very busy. He is a member at Southeast Christian Church and is growing in his relationship with Christ daily. Brandon is passionate about honoring God in all areas of his life.
For Jon, the best part about working at Bailey Remodeling comes right down to the people, from his team to the homeowners. There are new challenges every day, but he always pursues a positive attitude because enjoying what you do is as important as the work itself. When he's not hanging out with his identical twin, he's with his wife and kids enjoying the hometown.
From helping with accents to full on textures, this interior designer has the eye that brings the work all together. She's super enthusiastic about working with clients on their dream remodel, as well as, being true to herself no matter what. This Jeopardy champion met her husband walking her dog, so it's no surprise she loves all things outdoor, from tennis to travel.
For Tyler, working at Bailey is an opportunity to make a positive impact and help bring a little joy to someone in need of change, all while enjoying the family work atmosphere and honoring God. Wearing many hats in the company, he is often the first point of contact, and probably the biggest weather fanatic you know. Family time, hiking, traveling, lake life, taking photos, chasing storms and playing sports keep him busy when he’s not holding things down at the office.
Director of Planning & Design
With two different roles, Patrick gets to be creative finding a realistic solution to our client’s needs to improve their home. His technical theatre days allow him to think critically and creatively, and homeowners appreciate his focus and attention to detail. This Louisville native loves Actor's Theatre almost as much as he loves cheering on the Cardinals.
The variety of work affords him the opportunity to learn and interact with new people, but the autonomy and trust given to accomplish all of the tasks assigned is what's most refreshing. After 23 years of construction from Colorado to Georgia, he still takes extreme pride in keeping the clients happy and projects on track. When he's not perfecting his side hustle as a Wood Butcher Extraordinaire, he's likely chasing his 9 month old son Rowan around the house.
Cory began his construction career around the age of 16 and has worked in a variety of fields from commercial to residential. He takes a lot of pride in his work and has a close attention to detail. Cory has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisville in Interior Architecture and is now married to his beautiful wife Janae. Outside of work Cory enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family.
From the creative process with homeowners to collaborating with the team on carpentry and cabinet building, this St. Louis native is always first to arrive. He loves getting to know homeowners and hearing their story, and when he's not throwing down on the grill or eating tacos, he's enjoying church, his Labradors and family time.
A project manager willing to face new challenges daily needs a goal oriented team, and that's exactly why he loves our solution-focused approach. He loves making things simple for customers and "making it happen" no matter the challenge — the classic devil's advocate. Although a Toronto-ian at heart, he loves running his goat farm in Louisville and spending time outdoors with family.
Assistant Project Manager
Chad was looking for a productive strong team to join, where this Louisville native could keep the fun and hard work going. Although our occasional team lunches are a good time, when he's off the clock, he's hanging with family, chanting 'Go Big Blue!', and hanging outdoors.
Nothing makes Jesse happier in his role, than overseeing the transformation of projects right in front of the customers' eyes. A true problem solver, Jesse arrives early to every job site and begins scoping out the details. Although homeschooled for most his life, he seems to always be outside of the home, mainly enjoying the great outdoors, mountain biking, kayaking and playing some pickup basketball.
