This 50-year-old house had lots of space for this family’s children to play and for friends to visit, but it didn’t yet feel like home. The Bailey Remodeling team overhauled the entire first floor to create a modern farmhouse marvel with unique details that truly reflect the homeowners’ personal style.
We created the ultimate space for gathering and entertaining in the kitchen with a large island, separate beverage area, and 36-inch induction range. A blue-and-white color palette paired with lantern pendant lights and barn-door details give the room a cozy-yet-modern farmhouse feel.
Upgrades to the primary and guest bathrooms pair luxury with character for a truly beautiful look. The primary bath features a spa-like shower and serene soaking tub that are perfect for unwinding at the end of a busy day. In the guest bathroom, lovely floral wallpaper and a modern abstract pendant light pair perfectly with a standout vanity.
