The owners of this Bridgepointe house had big dreams for creating a first floor that really worked for their lifestyle. With a family chef who needed a larger, professional-grade kitchen workspace, an outdated living room that needed a facelift and a primary bathroom that was anything but relaxing, these clients knew that they needed the Bailey Remodeling team’s help to turn their visions into a reality.
With a new island large enough for a busy chef and hungry guests, ample storage, a designated beverage area and professional-grade appliances, this kitchen is now the perfect place for cooking and entertaining. Gold accents, gorgeous countertops and a sleek, modern look make this one a true showstopper.
In the family room, an outdated fireplace and carpeting were anything but inviting for family and friends. By adding in a warm-toned hardwood floor, painting the hearth, and building custom shelving, this space is now the perfect balance of modern and cozy. Beautiful artwork and gold accents throughout complete this refreshing update.
Every home should have a primary bathroom that feels like a spa, and while this space had a good-sized footprint to work with, it definitely needed some help. We renegotiated the space by expanding the shower into neighboring closet space. Then, we removed the oversized platform tub and replaced it with a gorgeous soaking tub. Extra storage under the sink and the new makeup vanity keep counters clean, while a white color palette and gold fixtures create a gorgeously classic aesthetic.

Overview
