Time really does fly when you’re having fun.
Owner Brandon Bailey says that it feels like just yesterday when he decided to start a business where he could work hard but still sleep in and have lunch with friends. Although these two events almost never happened in the last 17 years, he looks back today with a heart full of gratitude and admiration for how far Bailey Remodeling has come.
In 2005, Bailey Remodeling’s entire staff consisted of our two owners and their toolbelts. Projects were much smaller, with days spent building fences, painting, or doing repairs. Soon after, the recession and housing crisis and many challenges followed. Fortunately, Bailey Remodeling pulled through and came out stronger on the other side.
Today, our team is made up of 15 incredibly talented people working on award-winning projects of all sizes. Far from the slow trickle of calls of the past, business now is thriving and busier than ever. Children born in 2005 when we started are now preparing to graduate high school — just as we’ve graduated from one level of success to the next.
Through all the ups and downs we’ve experienced, one thing that has stayed constant is our appreciation for everyone who has been part of our journey. We’ve been blessed with incredible support from the Louisville community, a high-performing team made up of the top professionals in the area and fantastic clients that have been a pleasure to work for.
