A Note From Brandon

As we begin to hang our Christmas decorations, I’m reminded of how fast the year has gone by—and what a year we’ve had!

This year Bailey Remodeling has seen the biggest fundamental change to how we do business in the shift to the dedicated project manager system. Previously, project managers were trying their best to manage two (or three) jobs at once, making it impossible to provide the best client experience. Although things were rough in 2021 due to supply chain issues and a stressed production team, 2022 has brought on a workflow that is more manageable and provides a much better pace to how we function around here at Bailey. Now that we are better equipped to predict and work through those same supply chain delays that proved challenging last year, we can more effectively give our valued clients what they need, when they need it.

In addition, as we have completed our two-year implementation of the EOS (Entrepreneur Operating System), the core values we’ve established are starting to really become an inherent part of our team. Caring, Trustworthiness, Humility, Problem Solving, and a Positive Outlook are the tools we use as we face the challenges of residential remodeling. We are seeing the attitudes around our office and job sites improve, and there are plenty of smiles and laughter happening on a daily basis. I’m really proud of the way the team has found a rhythm that has allowed us to reach our one-year company goal and move projects through the system efficiently. What’s more, our employees and subs have been able to accomplish this while still maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this exciting year at Bailey Remodeling. We could not do this if not for all of the unique skills that complement each other when we come together. I’m very proud of all the effort and look forward to another great year in 2023!
